Mattie relaxes on the front steps.

Mattie came to the farm in 1998. Someone called to say that a "little Airedale" was running loose in a distant neighborhood and had been doing so for many weeks. She was finally caught and brought to our farm. Several attempts were made to locate her owners to no avail. Mattie has taken up residence here and makes sure the big dogs don't forget she is around.
