Cricket stands on the front steps shortly after arriving
on the farm.
| Cricket was taken out of
an abusive home by the Humane Society in Iowa. She came to the farm in
late 1999, in hopes she could be placed in another home. Her health and
age did not make that a realistic possibility so she remained on the
farm with us. Cricket's kidneys began to fail and she passed on to Rainbow Bridge on November 23, 2001 |
